Released naught but 3 days ago! I can't wait for Celestial Valkyries to hit overseas!
Yes, I'm a big OTT player. Why? Tokura Misaki is awesome and her play style is awesome! Finally OTT gets some more loving after the lack of it for a while!
Before we get into it, here's the complete list of cards that are new or reappear in Celestial Valkyries!

Back to the matter at hand, from the looks of it, there isn't that many new cards appearing for OTT. Still no cross-ride but we do get Limit Break capabilities! Mostly reprints with a few extra toys we get.
So let's start off with Unit breakdowns at Level 3!
Battle Sister, Fromage
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active while you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (3)] If the number of your rear-guards with "Battle Sister" in their card name is four or more, draw two cards.
[CONT](VC):During your turn, if the number of your rear-guards with "Battle Sister" in their card name is four or more, this unit gets [Power]+4000
The first limit break we get for the clan! From the looks of it, we also get a different build up as Battle Sister now joins in the type of builds we get to do with OTT. So for a CB of 3, you get to draw 2 cards. It's also a 14000 Vanguard during your turn, provided you keep 4 or more Rear Guards.
In my opinion, the ability is so-so. The fact that it's a CB 3 makes it less 'spamable'. The power boost is fun and all, but when facing against sniper decks, it's harder to maintain. I would have rather have a stable 13000 cross-ride. Oh well...
CEO, CoCo, Sakuya, and Meteobreak Wizard our are other Grade 3 units in this set. Reprinted, they once again show their power. Nothing much to say here, except that the new CEO Amaterasu look looks nice!
On to Grade 2s folks!
Battle Sister, Macaron
[AUTO](RC):When this unit attacks, if you have a vanguard with "Battle Sister" in its card name, this unit gets [Power]+3000 until end of that battle.
Another Battle sister makes an appearance and another one of those boosted units during attack. Unlike Mocha and Glace, Battle Sister, Macaron is a 9000 static and a 12000 boosted attacker. Furthermore, the way it activates is easier to pull off than her first two counterparts. Obviously easier if you're running a Battle Sister deck!
Other Grade 2s have already made an appearance in different sets so I don't really have to get into them. Surprisingly though, for Grade 1s, we don't get any new toys! However, we do get a reprint of Weather Forecaster, Miss Mist. Remember?
Auto: When this unit is called to the Guardian Circle, if you are being attacked by a Grade 2 or lower Vanguard, for that attack, your «Oracle Think Tank» is not hit.
Battle Sister, Waffle
[AUTO]:When another «Oracle Think Tank» rides this unit, you may call this card to (RC).
[ACT] (RC): [Counter Blast (1) & Put this unit into your soul] Look at up to three cards from the top of your deck, search for up to one card with "Battle Sister" in its card name from among them, call it to (RC), shuffle your deck, and that unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of turn.
Not bad for a decent Battle Sister Vanguard Starter. The ability is stable for the new build and you get a good +2000 boosted Rear-Guard. The superior call is ridiculous. The fact that it's top 3 makes it a bit harder to pull good superior calls (such as Grade 3 at Grade 2), but whatever you bring out still gives you a +2000 Power. Not too shabby heh?
We also get a new spiffy Heal Trigger that should fit your Battle Sister deck completely and more Draw and Critical Triggers. Stand too, I never bothered with Stand though... Anyone up for a 12 Crit Triggers?
Celestial Valkyries gives a chance for some newer players to obtain the OTT cards at a cheaper price (obviously by buying either boxes or cases of them) as the singles are pretty expensive to obtain. We don't see any Tsukuyomi in this set though so newer players will have to make due either with Battle Sister or revolving around Amaterasu
Good news is! We get our Leader of the Clan coming soon!
[CONT](VC): If you have a card named "CEO Amaterasu" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000.
[CONT](VC/RC): Leader (If you have a unit with a different clan from this unit, this unit cannot attack)
A limit break 2 that tutors for any OTT? A static 13000 cross-ride? And what's this a new mechanic called Leader that stops you from making mixed-clans?! Wait what?!
I honestly can't wait for BT09 - Clash of the Knights and Dragons. Preparing for this... I need to pick up more CEO Amaterasu before they go up in price. Or just order a case or two of Celestial Valkyries when it comes out in English!
